Hi Pedalers;

The weather has been kind to us so far this year; all of our events have been blessed with good weather, we even managed to stage all four of our summer evening runs, all of which were well supported, in spite of the "last minute" nature of staging these seasonal runs - we will try to organise ourselves a bit better next year ! .....

We thank the members who kindly volunteered their time to hold these runs for us; we try to spread them around the ECP catchment area to give everyone a chance of attending at least one of them. June & Julys events at Nedging & Great Waldingfield were well supported as well, and we look forward to similiar attendances at Harleston in August, and the Norfolk Gala Day (September 11th) - if you are planning to attend please let Barrie Brasted 01553 770623 know asap so that he can organise our display area and arrange for the admission passes for us all. October will see our annual visit to the Leiston Long Shop museum for their "Final Fling " , again if you are planning to come contact Mark Gibb 01728 604758 in good time. On November 6th we have a coach trip planned to visit the Sammy Miller Motorcycle Museum, enclosed is a form, if you want to come please fill it in and return it asap, numbers are limited so be quick ...we will be picking up in Framlingham and at the services on the A12 (nr Colchester Football ground). Cost will be £25 per person which includes admission to the Museum. December will see our final event of 2011 - the now renamed "Cold Turkey" Run on the 27th.

Then we will have a month's break before we stage a special event in February ... yes it will be Carl's 50th Birthday so we plan to do something to celebrate in true ECP tradition !!!
